Hope Physio is a leading Allied Health practice dedicated to providing exceptional care and rehabilitation services to our patients. We focus on improving the quality of life through evidence-based treatments and a patient-centred approach. We are looking for a dynamic Business Development Manager with experience in the health industry to help us grow our client base and enhance our service offerings.
Responsibilities: Market Research and Analysis: Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscape in the Allied Health sectors. Strategy Development: Develop and implement strategic business development plans to expand service offerings and increase market share. Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare providers, referral sources, and other stakeholders to foster collaboration and partnership opportunities. Networking: Attend industry-related events, conferences, and networking opportunities to represent Hope Physio and promote our services. Sales Initiatives: Lead sales initiatives to attract new clients and retain existing ones, ensuring a deep understanding of their needs and how we can best meet them. Marketing Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to create promotional materials and campaigns highlighting services and achievements. Performance Tracking: Monitor and analyse the effectiveness of business development strategies and adjust plans accordingly to achieve targets. Reporting: Prepare regular reports on business development activities, results, and forecasts to present to senior management. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or Diploma in business administration. Proven experience in business development, sales, or marketing within the healthcare or Allied Health services industry. Strong understanding of the healthcare landscape and patient care systems. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships and foster collaboration. Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities to identify growth opportunities. Proficient in using CRM software and other business development tools. Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive and driven approach.
