Role & Responsibilities We're looking for a Business Development Manager to join our well-established Creation Homes Division in Victoria. The right candidate will play an integral role in bringing, developing, and maintaining key relationships with developers, vendors, referral partners, land agents, and other external stakeholders to increase stock and sales.
Requirements Proven success in a Business Development role with experience in:
Business to Business site sales (detached and Townhome)Development of strategic partnerships and referral partnersStrong ability to influence and negotiateSelf-motivated, resourceful, and drivenCommercially minded with strong business acumen to provide market insights and growth opportunities to assist with land acquisition.Why Creation Homes?
