YOUR NEW ROLE:
Reporting to the COO, your role will be to respond to inbound calls and hot leads and have discovery meetings with a range of clients from all industries to discover what the client's leadership teams need, write and produce proposals and provide tailored solutions to meet their desired outcomes.
Your day-to-day will include (but is not limited to):
Discovery calls both inbound and following up hot leads (no cold calling here!) Booking and conducting meetings, more than 90% either virtual or on the phone Internal team meetings and communication and a little banter on Slack Develop a strong understanding of the learning and development needs of the client and what your team can offer Utilising your skilled professional writing abilities for designing and sending proposals Nurturing existing clients and sharing survey results from past programs with key stakeholders Collaborate with facilitators and the Project Management team on the best outcomes for the client Consultative selling, identifying the client's needs and asking the right questions to provide an appropriate solution And of course, updating the CRM! ABOUT YOU:
You will be engaging, professional, articulate and someone who can read the "room" and flex your approach to the scenario and client in front of you. You know how to ask great questions and understand that the problems presented are not always what the real issues are.
We are looking for someone who is truly passionate about relationship-based, authentic sales and possesses the following:
Experience in a business development complex sales role Exposure to leadership development, you have done sales in the learning and development/education space or perhaps you have experience as a facilitator - this is a MUST! Comfortable speaking with senior leaders and C-suite executives Thrives in a fast-paced environment with exceptional ability to prioritise and manage time A fast learner with an internal drive for excellence and growth A team player is a MUST, this is a fully remote team so relationship-building skills are key to your internal success You have a proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets THE PERKS: Salary circa $130K + Super + Bonus 100% WFH role - goodbye traffic and public transport delays!
