The Role: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients. Identify new business opportunities and innovative solutions. Develop and execute effective sales strategies. Manage long sales cycles and projects, from lead generation to successful deal closure Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet client requirements. Analyze market trends to keep the company ahead of the competition. Establish yourself as a trusted advisor to clients, demonstrating your expertise. Attend industry events and trade shows to network and promote the company's products. The Ideal Profile: At least 3 years of proven experience in IT Hardware sales and/or security, with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets Excellent communication and negotiation skills Knowledge and understanding of products in access control, security or hardware Creative thinking to devise unique business strategies. Confidence to engage effectively with clients. Ability to adapt to changing environments and embrace new challenges. A drive for excellence that produces results.
