Wesfarmers Health includes over 70 company-owned Priceline stores, 400+ Priceline pharmacy franchise stores and 89 Clear Skincare clinics and is also a wholesale distributor of pharmaceutical goods.
In 2023, the Health division expanded its digital and medical aesthetics offering with the acquisitions of telehealth provider InstantScripts, as well as the SILK Group, who operates a network of around 140 wholly-owned, joint venture and franchised clinics.

Join our sales team in Melbourne (eastern region) as a Business Development Manager and be part of our mission to expand our network of pharmacy customers.
You will need to have a high level of autonomy and be able to work effectively as part of a collaborative team.
Your goal will be to achieve and exceed sales objectives by building and maintaining strong relationships with pharmacists, retail managers/buyers, implementing profit-making retail solutions, increasing market share, and identifying and closing new business opportunities.
Collaborating closely with Key Account Managers, the BDM team, and other internal stakeholders, you'll generate sales opportunities through various channel partners, covering a wide range of products, brands, and ranges.

What you'll bring: Proven experience in business development or account management ideally within the pharmaceutical sector.
Capable of building trust and sustaining strong professional relationships.
Ability to engage and influence others with excellent verbal and written communication.
Demonstrated business foresight with strong commercial acumen.
Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Self-motivation with the ability to work autonomously.
Exceptional attention to detail and time management skills.
