The role is focused on championing and selling Workforce Management solutions to the business sector.

About You: Experience working in a Software Sales, Enterprise Software Sales or SaaS Sales role is highly advantageous Positive, 'can do' attitude and plenty of energy; proactive, motivated, and prepared to show initiative Exceptional communication and listening skills Good time management skills, with a strong ability to multi-task and prioritise Strong time management and organisational skills Attention to detail and a natural capacity for great customer service Excellent written and verbal communication skills, particularly phone communication Reliable with a strong work ethic A valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle is essential Fluent in English, both written and verbal Legally authorized to work in Australia Although not essential, the following will be highly regarded: Demonstrated IT skills, ability, aptitude or experience Experience in sales (preferably solutions-based, B2B) Established networks in some of the following sectors: Pharmacy, Medical and Dental, Aged Care, Child Care, Retail and Hospitality, Education, Industrial and Manufacturing Proven Software and SaaS sales experience working across the Australian marketplace or internationally is highly advantageous Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and partners Results-oriented with a track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting and exceeding targets What we offer: Base Salary Uncapped commission Tools of the trade – a laptop, phone and tablet A friendly, fun, inclusive, supportive work environment A genuine work-life balance Ongoing professional development Package includes additional benefits and allowances For further information about Wageloch , you can visit our website at: https://wageloch.com.au We thank all applicants for their interest; however, only those candidates selected for an interview will be contacted.
