This is a new role which is integral to their growth strategy for their Facilities Management services in Integrated FM, Project Delivery and Trades Maintenance services.

Circa $150k to $180k + Super (based on experience and networks) Highly attractive commission earning potential Supportive sales environment with realistic expectations Flexible working benefits Combine office and field, visiting sites and clients Great team culture offering collaborative, supportive and friendly work environment with regular social events and low staff turnover The Role: BD Manager selling Electrical, Mechanical, HVAC, Fire and IFM services to commercial sectors Target new business Focus on projects / maintenance / IFM ongoing contracts Support account managers with growth of existing accounts Lead generation, warm and cold calling, tendering, trade shows, RFQs Client engagement and relationship management Utilise your network of contacts to bring in new business Travel VIC wide Liaise with clients, building and facility/property managers, subcontractors, technical teams, operations and support staff The Ideal Profile: Must have experience in selling facility management or building services, mechanical, HVAC, electrical, hydraulics maintenance, or IFM contracts 3-5+ years in B2B Sales environment e.g. Account Management, Business Development, Service Manager in a client facing role Established network of customers, coming from a contracting firm is ideal Strong relationship management and communication skills Engaging personality and presentation skills to drive new business opportunities.
