The Business Development Manager will provide complete and appropriate solutions for every client to boost top-line revenue growth, client acquisition levels and profitability. We are looking to fill positions in Brisbane, Sydney and Melbourne, so if you are local to these areas, we would love to hear from you.By joining our sales team, you will be tasked with, but not limited to:BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGEMENTPresent, promote and sell products/services using solid arguments to prospective customersPerform cost-benefit and needs analysis of potential customers to meet their needsEstablish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationshipsReach potential customers through cold callingExpedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfactionAchieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within scheduleCoordinate sales effort with team members and other departmentsAnalyse the territory/market's potential, track sales and status reportsSupply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and servicesKeep abreast of best practices and promotional trendsContinuously improve through feedbackSALES LEADERSHIPIdentify and explore additional sales opportunities with existing clientsPrepare quotations, tenders, and bids (internal & external)Develop, implement, and maintain quotation templatesDevelop sales and operational strategies for key clientsProvide commercial and operational support to ManagementCLIENT MANAGEMENTOperate as the escalation point for key accountsCoordinate the implementation of new client accountsBuild and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships with key accountsSeek feedback and adapt service execution accordinglyEvaluate information on QBR and present to key accountsVENDOR MANAGEMENTBuild and maintain effective working relations with vendorsIf you believe this role suits you, please apply, as our team would love to meet you.QualificationsSkillsBehaviors:Motivations:EducationRequiredHigh School or better.ExperiencePreferred2-5 years:Experience in a similar position is desired.#J-18808-Ljbffr
