Role Overview: We are looking for ambitious Business Development Managers ready to take the next step in their careers, particularly those transitioning from account management or client service into sales. This role is designed for professionals eager to drive new business growth while developing long-lasting relationships with clients. You'll work to understand client needs and provide solutions that leverage our expertise in website technology, digital services, and advertising.
Reporting to the National Sales Manager, this position offers opportunities to grow within a supportive and dynamic team.
Key Responsibilities: Transition from an account management or client service role into sales, developing new business opportunities.Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business goals and providing tailored digital and advertising solutions.Assist with client servicing while also identifying and pursuing upsell opportunities.Manage and coordinate internal resources to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery of services.Work closely with existing clients to strengthen relationships and identify growth opportunities.Present compelling proposals that align with client objectives and help close new business.Stay updated on industry trends and provide fresh, innovative insights to clients.Meet and exceed sales targets through proactive account management and new business development.Experience and Qualifications: 1-2 years of experience in account management, client service, or a related field.A track record of working closely with clients, preferably in media, digital, or advertising.A genuine interest in transitioning into sales, with the drive to achieve targets.Experience in the automotive industry or knowledge of automotive sales environments is a plus.Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to create impactful presentations.Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.Ability to balance client relationships with a consultative sales approach.What We Offer: A supportive environment for transitioning into sales, with training and mentorship available.Competitive salary package, including a commission structure and car allowance.A relaxed, friendly, and team-oriented work environment.Opportunity to be part of a leading agency with a global presence, setting new standards in the industry.If you are an account manager or client services professional looking to grow into sales and want to join an innovative company like AdTorque Edge, we encourage you to apply directly via Seek.
