The Role
We're seeking an entrepreneurial and innovative Business Development Manager who can play a pivotal role in driving growth across Hamilton Locke.
You Will Be Responsible For
Working with the Head of Business Development to execute business development plans and strategy.
Market research and analysis to identify trends, prospects and opportunities.
Building relationships with internal and external stakeholders and teams to execute business development activities.
Facilitating lead generation and managing BD pipeline with partners, as well as supporting on approaches to client engagement.
Proactively managing pitches, proposals and capability statements.
Project management, including collaborating with internal business units to implement projects and plans.
Updating and managing specific business development tools and resources, including documentation and templates.
Systems management, updates and reporting (including Dynamics 365 CRM).
We're Looking For Someone With
Energy and initiative, with a genuine interest in driving business growth.
Strong business development experience, ideally in the legal industry or professional services.
The ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Strong interpersonal skills, proactive and adaptable approach.
A desire for a fantastic team culture with lots of flexibility.
Excellent attention to detail, efficient and accountable.
