Business Development Manager

Responsibilities: Explore and close new business opportunities as DACHSER expands its presence and market share in your allocated sales territory.Develop new business and prospects with a hunting and growth mindset across small, medium, and large clients.Grow new and develop existing business relationships to achieve/exceed the sales targets agreed upon.Approach prospects confidently, present freight rates, and conduct client meetings.Present solutions at board and C-Level for multi-lane and multi-country tenders.Engage with management/Head of Sales for additional support as required to close opportunities.Maintain and extend relationships with clients, focusing on industry and market development trends.Provide updated quotations and conduct regular client visits.Monitor market trends and keep clients updated on the latest developments affecting their business.Prepare various sales-related reports, proposals, and presentations.Keep company CRM records updated.Work positively and productively with internal sales support and operations DACHSER teams. #J-18808-Ljbffr
