Overview Develop and implement approved sales & marketing strategies for integrity services achieve the sales and profitability goals of the assigned territory, while remaining within budget limitations.Analyze and evaluate customers' pipeline integrity needs, provide technical support and coordinates projects from lead to cash to ensure maximum Customer satisfaction and that performance levels are met according to TDW contractual termsKey ResponsibilitiesPrimary duties may include, but are not limited to:Strategic execution & business development (25%):Develops and executes sales strategies that deliver profitable growth in the assigned territories for integrity services, contributing towards business success & clearly defined plans for the territory, with emphasis on achieving the greatest possible profitability and margins;Leads the Market Development process and provides direction as the market expert in developing a comprehensive business strategy that includes an intimate understanding of new and existing customers, products, services and technologies in the market segment;Support TDW establishment within territory as per agreed strategy and plansSales execution (25%):Achieves annual services orders & revenues plans by proactively identifying business opportunities, developing, negotiating and closing commercial deals with new and or existing customers,Maintains accountability for all commercial proposals issued in relation to the Country including, but not strictly limited to: bids, proposals, tenders etc.,Manages handover of customer's orders for fulfilment, then monitors the execution of customers orders and enforces delivery when necessary, ensures all customers' complaints are addressed,Provides timely forecasts that identify the opportunities & prospects within the Territory and their likelihood to reach an award (and the likelihood that this award will be made to TDW) – provide a forward look to the coming month's revenue and likely quarterly & year-end revenue position, together with manner in which backlog will be built and depleted through the yearPlans TDW participation in trade association meetings/fairs and represents the company to promote products and servicesProject management (50%):Develops preliminary scope of project work and execution plan, applies sound project definition, organization and management skills to Pipeline Integrity projects,Assists the operations team in project site surveys and kick-off meetings,Together with the ILI Centre of Excellence delivery team, ensures both customer and TDW project objectives are accomplished satisfactorily on time, within budget parameters, desired profit and schedule objectives, and in accordance with the contractual agreement,Makes regular visits to the project job site and customer to ensure customer satisfaction and field work is running to plan, takes corrective action as necessary,Strategically supports existing Customers to develop further opportunities creating key accounts for TDWManages when necessary sub-contractors, ensuring they meet established Quality standards and minimum qualifications,Ensures project completion and acceptance by the customer, including integrity and post assessment reportingEnsures customer invoices are correct and in line with the contract and presented in a timely manner;Experience / Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:Commercial and/or engineering master degree, with min 7 years experience in sales/business development,Knowledge of the Pipeline and/or Oil& Gas industry in the assigned territory,Good commercial and interpersonal skills,Ability to deal and negotiate at high level,Supervisory experience preferred,Fluent in English, any other language is an assetDefault location: Perth/Australia
