Business Development ManagerYou will work closely with a team of friendly and committed staff across Australia who are genuinely interested in our customers, business success and the needs of others. Sales experience, presentation skills and report building is essential to this role. As part of the interaction with prospects and customers important market intelligence is to be obtained to ensure market competitiveness and relationships are maintained.
Key ResponsibilitiesBuild and maintain relationships with all key stakeholders and customers in the portfolio.Serve as the face of the company and be the single point of contact for enquiries and concerns.Manage expectations of clients on a timely basis if disruptions occur during service delivery process.Maintain regular communication with client decision makers, meeting with them at least quarterly.Maintain or exceed current revenue levels from assigned customer portfolio in accordance to KPI's suppliedRequirementsPrior experience as an Account Manager or similar roleDemonstrated ability to achieve KPI targetsWork at a faster than average paceComfortable with ongoing change and detail-orientedEfficient yet conservative and by the bookComfortable making decisions with input/direction from others
