About the Role
As a Business Development Manager, you'll be the catalyst for expanding market reach and driving new business opportunities. You'll forge strong relationships with architects, designers, and builders, ensuring our client's innovative products are specified in leading design and construction projects. This is an exciting opportunity for someone passionate about creating opportunities, influencing key decision-makers, and having a direct impact on the company's success.

Key Responsibilities Craft and implement strategic plans to exceed sales targets and fuel business growth. Collaborate with architects, designers, and builders to influence product specifications and integrate solutions into high-profile projects. Work closely with the marketing team to develop compelling sales materials, presentations, and proposals tailored to industry professionals. Lead product training and support for architects and designers, showcasing the value and benefits of our premium solutions. Monitor sales performance, analyse market trends, and generate actionable reports to identify growth areas and maximize business potential. Skills & Experience Proven track record in business development, sales, or account management, ideally in the interior fitout or construction industry. Experience in managing specifications and influencing product decisions within complex projects. Exceptional relationship-building skills, with the ability to establish trust and credibility with clients and stakeholders at all levels. Strategic thinker with a proactive approach to identifying and seizing business opportunities. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with a talent for delivering persuasive proposals and engaging presentations.
