They have almost 2000 employees across Europe / UK/ US / Canada and the Middle East.
They are seeking a motivated and focused Business Development Manager / Sales to join their growing team.
Key ResponsibilitiesProspect for new business directly and through marketing campaignsWork with the marketing manager in acquiring and communicating market intelligenceQualification of opportunitiesAchieve quarterly sales targetsNegotiate commercial contractsProduce sales plan for major opportunitiesMaintain CRM, the sales information system, and provide forecasts as requiredWork effectively with other team membersBuild long term relationships, establishing contact and credibility with defined key individuals in target organisations (in particular C-Suite level stakeholders)Work with key stakeholders throughout the business (including other Account Managers, Marketing, Product, Customer Success and R&D) to design both tactical and strategic sale opportunities to increase new product penetration and stickiness and ultimately revenue and EBITDA within new and existing accountsAssist other Account Managers where possible to help close sales opportunitiesExperience/Knowledge/Competencies You Will Need:Strong and proven track record in selling within a Software as a Service (SaaS) environmentExperience 'closing the deal' and able to follow through sales opportunities to an orderProven and measurable track record in 'opening doors' and selling to greenfield sitesDemonstrable experience building a book of business comprised of both warm and cold prospects/customersExperience constructing Account Plans covering both new product penetration and growth to new and existing customersA strong interest or previous experience working in the healthcare, allied health or biotech industriesDemonstrable experience developing compelling presentations and sound business cases / opportunity assessmentsCollaborative work style — able to work with varying personalities to achieve positive business outcomesMandatory:Complex Sales Process experience - 3-4 years of experience preferred i.e. selling across a broad spectrum of people within an organisationEnterprise Business Solution sales experience – i.e. a large complex solution that impacts the entire business not just one small componentProven track record of meeting or exceeding targetsSelf-Driven and able to prospect actively into their own territory.Strong written and spoken communication skillsExcellent presentation skillsNice to have (Desirable):Healthcare / Medical Software experienceWorkforce or GRC software experienceGovernment software sales experienceSome form of Strategic Sales training i.e. Miller Heimann, Karoo, SPIN etc #J-18808-Ljbffr
