About the Role The Business Development Manager will focus on securing new investment opportunities in residential housing, nationally, primarily within Greater Melbourne's growth corridors.
Working closely with the General Manager, the role involves working with developers to secure land lots to improve acquisition pipeline and packaging these with house builders for the internal sales team to offer to investors.
Training and support will be provided to you, with the expectation that the Business Development Manager will contribute to enhancing and growing the company's market reputation.
Duties Work with the sales team who are generating the leads, to ensure appropriate product is provided for people to complete their investment journey.Be aware of residential housing trends and feedback to the broader business.Build strong networks in the land development space that can be leveraged to achieve strategic goals.Assist in negotiating land contracts.Facilitate the creation of attractive house & land packages by coordinating between developers, builders and the internal sales team.Skills and Experience Previous experience in a Business Development role is essential.Good exposure to the Victoria land and housing market, possibly in a land sales, house and land packaging, or business development role.Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.Have been involved in negotiations and building mutually beneficial relationships around transactions.Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.How to Apply To discuss this role in further detail, please contact Taylah Bunting at Kingfisher Recruitment or apply using the attached link.
