The opportunity
We are seeking a driven Business Development Manager to join our team.
Heavily outbound focused, you'll have a hunter mindset adept at driving your own leads and building a robust sales pipeline.
You'll be a motivated self-starter, comfortable handling the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals.
Requirements
A snapshot of your role
Proactively identify and cultivate new business opportunities through cold calling, email outreach, networking, social media and other outbound lead generation strategies.
Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
Conduct engaging and persuasive sales demonstrations of the software to potential customers.
Develop and maintain trust-based relationships with customers, understanding their needs and highlighting tailored solutions.
Skillfully negotiate terms and close sales deals to meet or exceed sales targets.
Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitors to strategically position our products and services.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline using Hubspot.
Work closely with our marketing team to align sales strategies with our GTM launch.
The Skills And Experience You'll Bring
Software-as-a-service or solution-focused sales industry experience.
Full sales cycle experience, handling all stages of the sales process, from prospecting to closing.
Hunter Mindset, highly motivated to seek out new business opportunities and driven by achieving and exceeding targets.
Outbound sales expertise with a proven track record in outbound sales, including cold calling and prospecting.
