Your role: As a Business Development Manager, you will be instrumental in driving sales growth and enhancing market presence, supporting the National Sales Manager.
This dynamic role involves uncovering new business opportunities, cultivating and sustaining client relationships, and meeting ambitious sales targets.
The BDM will work alongside and with the sales team to craft and execute strategies that align with the company's goals.
Your skills & experience: Minimum 2 years in sales or business development, ideally within the concrete, construction or materials industries.
Demonstrated success in meeting and surpassing sales targets.
Excellent in communication, negotiation, and presentation.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
Positive, tenacious, with strong relationship-building skills and willingness to travel for business within VIC.
