Your role will focus on fostering investor relationships and identifying new investment opportunities, ensuring compliance and strategic growth in the market.
Key Responsibilities Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with current and potential investors, as well as referral partners in the financial and accounting sectors;Spearhead capital raising initiatives, targeting high-net-worth individuals, family offices, and institutional investors;Develop and implement comprehensive business development plans to attract new investment opportunities;Ensure all fundraising activities comply with relevant regulatory requirements and standards;Analyse market trends and economic indicators to identify and seize new investment prospects;Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and reports to investors, showcasing the company's investment opportunities and performance.Technical Skills & Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, or related field.
(CFP or CPA qualifications highly regarded);5-7 years' experience in business development, capital raising, and managing investor relations;Strong knowledge of capital markets, financial instruments, regulatory requirements and compliance standards within investor relations;Broad understanding of processes, market trends, and overall economic landscape of the property development sector;Proficiency in CRM systems and financial modeling;Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills;Ability to develop and implement strategic business plans. #J-18808-Ljbffr
