DescriptionIdentify and target new business opportunities.Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers by understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.Generate, qualify, manage, and convert sales leads through the sales pipeline.Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.Prepare and present regular reports on business development activities, sales performance, and market trends to Partner Directors.ProfileProven track record in sales within the automotive consumables, cleaning, or chemical wholesale sectors, or closely related industries.Demonstrated expertise in customer management, negotiation, and relationship building.Proactive approach in tackling challenges, leveraging creativity and strategic thinking.Excellent time management skills and ability to be flexible and adapt to changing circumstances.Growth mindset, values led and driven by continuous improvement.Job OfferA healthy base salary plus super, car allowance and long term incentive plan.
