We are known for our premium tyre brands (Trelleborg & Mitas) within the agricultural sector. The company is currently experiencing an exciting growth phase as we expand our sales and distribution network across Australia.The successful candidate will be responsible for the Trelleborg Tyre brand across Tasmania and South Australia. This role involves identifying and developing prospective customers, retaining and growing existing customer business to deliver budgeted sales and GP, while demonstrating persistence, resilience, and outstanding customer relationship management.The successful candidate can be based in either Tasmania or South Australia.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop regional sales strategies consistent with the National sales plan and budgets.Identify and acquire new customers.Develop an understanding of and maintain effective relationships with regional accounts to retain and grow existing accounts.Develop and maintain relationships with key end users.Establish and maintain call cycles.Coordinate, communicate, and manage promotions and offers.Achieve sales budgets top and bottom line.Manage price/margin in consultation with the National Sales Manager to achieve agreed margin/volume outcomes.Customer ServiceMaintain strong customer relationships based on excellent service and professional technical solutions.Identify, resolve, or escalate customer queries, requests, and issues.Deal with warranty claims, including initial enquiry receipt and appropriate escalation activities.Maintain detailed knowledge and understanding of all products and brands.
