This role is integral to our clients Road Safety Equipment business, a vital component of their larger group. Position Objective: Our Client is seeking a Business Development Branch Manager who will strategically manage the day-to-day operations, including driving new business development, managing key relationships, and providing leadership and strategic direction. This position reports directly to the advisory board and is critical for scaling our clients commercial operations sustainably. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement strategic plans to meet sales targets and increase market share. Manage a team of six, including two sales representatives, promoting a culture of teamwork and accountability. Actively drive sales through field engagements, including cold calling and client visits to generate new business. Maintain superior service levels with key accounts, adeptly handling complex regulatory requirements in the civil, traffic, and council sectors. Lead proactively, provide strategic monthly updates to the board, and drive continuous improvements in operations.
