About Us:
WHITEBREAM Australia is a dynamic, NDIS-registered provider specializing in nursing care, Supported Independent Living (SIL) services, and day programs focused on skill development.
As we expand into Tasmania, we are looking for an experienced and motivated Business Development Manager to drive growth, develop relationships, and expand our client base in the region.
Role Overview:
The Business Development Manager will be instrumental in expanding WHITEBREAM's presence in Tasmania.
This KPI-driven role is critical for business growth, making it ideal for Support Coordinators looking for career progression into a business development capacity.
Your primary responsibility will be to build relationships with key stakeholders, increase client acquisition, and achieve business targets through strategic planning and execution.
Key Responsibilities:
Drive business growth by identifying, developing, and securing new NDIS participants and partnerships in the Tasmanian market.Build strong relationships with Support Coordinators, Local Area Coordinators, and other stakeholders within the NDIS network.Achieve business development KPIs, including revenue growth, client acquisition, and market expansion.Create and implement effective marketing strategies and outreach plans to promote WHITEBREAM's services.Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and assess the competitive landscape.Prepare and deliver presentations to potential clients and referral partners, showcasing WHITEBREAM's services and capabilities.Collaborate closely with internal teams, including the Operations and Clinical teams, to ensure seamless service delivery for new clients.Track and report on business development KPIs, providing insights and feedback on market trends and business opportunities.Foster strong, lasting relationships with participants, families, and key stakeholders, ensuring satisfaction and retention.Ensure all business development activities comply with NDIS guidelines and quality standards.Qualifications & Experience:
Proven experience in a Business Development Manager role or a Support Coordinator looking for career advancement.Strong understanding of the NDIS framework, services, and funding structures.Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed KPIs in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.Excellent networking, negotiation, and communication skills.Ability to build and maintain relationships with participants, families, and other service providers.Strategic thinker with strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.Experience in creating business plans, marketing strategies, and performance reports.Highly self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.Why Support Coordinators Should Apply:
