Key Responsibilities: Manage the full sales cycle, from generating new business opportunities to closing deals with a diverse range of clients. Utilise a consultative sales approach to uncover and address customer challenges. Build and maintain a strong pipeline of prospects and clients, tapping into existing networks and new leads. Engage in outbound activities such as calls, emails, and presentations to secure new business. Foster solid relationships with clients, ensuring targets are exceeded through exceptional service and solution delivery. Deliver impactful face-to-face presentations to potential clients. What We're Looking For: At least 2-3+ years of new business development or sales experience. Welcoming people from all types of industries and backgrounds. Confidence and resilience in cold calling and prospecting. A consultative selling approach with proven relationship-building skills. Experience engaging with a range of stakeholders across various industries. Strong track record of meeting and surpassing sales targets. Experience presenting to SME clients is advantageous. A positive, goal-oriented mindset with a passion for providing exceptional service. Respectful and professional demeanour. We are urgently looking for BDMs that can work in and live in the following territories: QLD, NSW, VIC, SA, WA, ATC, NT.
