The Role: Make Your Mark in Growth & Innovation! As our Business Development Manager, your focus will be on expanding our reach in Victoria. You'll set and monitor strategic revenue targets, building partnerships with key referral sources like hospital discharge services and supported housing. If you're entrepreneurial, target-driven, and ready to make a difference, this is the role for you!
Key Responsibilities You'll Own: Expand Nextt's footprint in Victoria by building a network of partnerships that drive growth and enhance brand awareness.Spot new opportunities in Supported Independent Living (SIL) and Specialist Disability Accommodation (SDA) sectors, aligning with our growth strategy to increase business.Develop strong relationships with SDA partners and explore new collaborations, meeting regularly to ensure satisfaction and growth.Stay ahead of market trends with a keen understanding of industry shifts to identify new sales avenues.Keep SIL vacancies low by managing placements effectively and meeting KPIs on time.About You: You bring at least 3 years' experience in business development, ideally in the Health or Disability sectors.You're a natural connector with a knack for building relationships that lead to sustainable growth.You have solid financial and commercial skills to back your decisions, with experience in forecasting and market analysis.You're a project management pro, with a track record of delivering projects on time.A background in Sales or Marketing is a plus, but your passion and drive to make a difference are what we value most!Why Nextt?
