About Us: Family-owned company Nikpol, known for their on-trend interior design products and finishes, is looking for a Business Development Manager to join our growing team. Nikpol leads the way in decorative and storage solutions for both domestic and commercial applications.
Position: Business Development Manager Responsibilities: Develop and execute strategic plans to identify and target new business opportunities across multiple segments.Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients through proactive outreach, networking, and relationship-building activities.Conduct thorough market research to identify emerging trends, competitor activity, and potential areas for business growth.Create compelling sales presentations and proposals tailored to the specific needs of prospective clients.Drive the sales process from lead generation to contract negotiation and closure, consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth handover of new accounts and provide ongoing support as needed.Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipeline management, and client interactions using CRM software.Requirements: Proven track record of successfully developing new business and closing sales across various industry segments.Hunter mindset with a strong drive for achieving and exceeding sales targets.Emotionally resilient with the ability to handle rejection and overcome challenges with determination and positivity.Self-motivated and capable of working autonomously to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and drive results.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence decision-makers at all levels.Strong negotiation skills and the ability to identify and address customer needs effectively.Experience with CRM software and proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.How to Apply: If you're ready to take your career to the next level as a Business Development Manager with Nikpol, we want to hear from you!
