We are shaking things up in the industry. Founded in 2021, Underground Experts is a new, exciting, and extremely driven pipeline renewals company comprised of management who have a wealth of knowledge and a ton of experience in water and wastewater infrastructure.
The Opportunity
The name of the game is growth. With a growth mindset, based out of Geelong, VIC we are looking for a motivated, full-time BDM that isn't afraid of putting themselves out there. Using a holistic approach, you will build meaningful relationships and secure future contracts both locally and nationally.
Salary $110k - $130k to be negotiated based on skill/experience. + vehicle or allowance
Key Responsibilities
To identify and develop all new business opportunities, deliver all estimations and bids and to maintain existing relationships.
What you bring
Sound general knowledge of civil engineering / hydraulic principles
Good working knowledge of pipeline networks
Minimum 3 years' experience in project estimation and bid preparation
Sound understanding of Australian contract conditions
Ability to build strong relationships
Ability to meet tight deadlines
Self-motivated
Strong commitment to safety
Passion for client satisfaction
Ability to travel locally and interstate
Valid Drivers License
OHS Construction Induction
In addition, the following experience/attributes will be highly regarded.
Previous pipeline rehabilitation, civil construction, or water/wastewater experience
Financial management skills
Working knowledge of site requirements
Relevant Tertiary Qualification
