The Role: As a Business Development Manager (BDM) with CPH Group, your pivotal role will be to develop new business growth with existing and new clients. 
Key Responsibilities: Identify and develop new business opportunitiesEstablish and maintain a consistent pipeline of new business prospects.Develop and maintain existing business partnerships with customers.Identify opportunities with existing clients to upsell products or services and generate repeat business.Work closely with the internal sales team to maintain a visit calendar and convert leads into sales.Help build CPH Group's market presence within the sign industry.Qualifications: Minimum of 2 years' experience in account management, sales or business development.A background in the print or signage industry (essential).A proven track record in sales having consistently met and exceeded targets.Strong communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills with a solution-based approach. Exceptional organisational and time management skills with a methodical mindset.Familiarity with CRM systems, with knowledge of NetSuite being an added advantage.Help lead our innovative sales initiatives, secure new clients, and grow our market presence.
