Job DescriptionFleetwood Urban are seeking an energetic, results-driven, and seasoned Business Development Manager to join our high-performing team in Sydney.
In this role, you will play a vital part in maintaining a steady stream of project opportunities, which you'll accurately identify, cultivate, and hand over to our Client Relations team for conversion into successful ventures.
Responsibilities (including, but not limited to): Generate leads through effective follow-up and introductionsSchedule calendar appointments with clientsEvaluate leads to determine their readiness for handover to the Client Relations team.Educate the market about our product offerings.Ensure the Salesforce CRM is continuously updated with all activities undertaken. Desired Skills and ExperienceDesired skills & experience Proficiency in phone-call follow-up.Experience in dealing with architects and specifiers.Proven ability to drill into detail for the necessary information.Persistent and consistent performance.Friendly, yet professional.Proven ability to work effectively within a team.Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written), along with superior attention to detail.A highly motivated and dynamic, lateral thinker.Experience within the construction industry (advantageous)Be a part of a workplace that encourages personal growth, innovation, and professional development.
