About the roleCoastal Office National is seeking a talented Business Development Manager to join our dynamic team. This full-time position based in West Gosford, NSW will play a pivotal role in driving new business opportunities and expanding our presence in the local market.
What you'll be doing Prospecting and identifying potential new customers through various channelsScheduling and conducting meetings with key decision-makers to understand their needs and present our product and service offeringsPreparing and delivering compelling sales presentations to effectively showcase our capabilitiesNegotiating contract pricing and closing new business dealsMaintaining a robust pipeline of opportunities and actively managing the sales processCollaborating with existing clients to identify category expansion opportunities and other sales growth opportunitiesProviding excellent customer service and building lasting relationships with existing and new clientsWhat we're looking for Proven track record in new business development, preferably within the office supplies or related industry but not essential as we will train the right candidateStrong communication and presentation skills to effectively engage with customersAbility to understand customer needs and tailor solutions to meet their requirementsExcellent negotiation and closing skills to secure new businessProficient in using CRM systems and sales-related technologiesSelf-motivated with a keen drive to achieve and exceed sales targetsCollaborative team player who can work effectively with cross-functional team membersWhat we offerAt Coastal Office National, we are committed to providing our employees with a rewarding and fulfilling work experience.
