Balancing these priorities results in projects that advance the quality of life in communities across the globe.About the roleStantec - Energy & Resources is currently seeking a talented Business Development Manager to join the team in our Brisbane office.
Reporting to the Business Leader, your remit will cover both our Mining & Environmental/Geotechnical groups with your daily responsibilities including the following (but are not limited to):Develop, manage and coordinate account development opportunities, project delivery and identify new business opportunities.Build business relationships that lead into new business opportunities, through planned site visits, meetings and presentations, consistent with the Client's identified program of works.Develop and implement a Client Relationship Management Strategy.Continuously maintain a client and prospect database across your Key Accounts.Support Stantec and Project teams in the development of successful bids and proposals.CRM Management and IMS Opportunity entering / Pipeline update on shortlisting/award.Provision of scope support to estimator and assistance in the development of estimates.Coordinates the preparation of written and graphical elements of opportunity response documents such as proposals, qualifications, brochures, and presentations.Interacts with operations personnel to support development of collateral.Works with designated response team members (technical administrators and the Proposal Specialist) to develop opportunity response plans in alignment with our M&BD process.Set up 'Pipeline' to prepare and assist in the establishment of the opportunity response.What we offerAlong with a competitive salary, we offer many other benefits to ensure your professional development & wellbeing is ongoing.Option to purchase additional annual leave (up to 4 weeks).Mentoring for your own development and the opportunity to mentor others.A friendly team environment, with dedicated and enthusiastic staff committed to producing high quality service and deliverables.Active social club with regular activities.Professional memberships & Global developing professionals network.Salary Continuance Insurance (SCI).Mental health and wellbeing programs & Employee Assistance Program.Service recognition awards.About StantecThe Stantec community unites approximately 31,000 employees working in over 450 locations across six continents.
