Key Responsibilities:Sales Generation & Contract Acquisition:
You will take the lead in selling fire protection, testing, and certification contracts to both new and existing customers. Your experience and expertise will enable you to identify opportunities, create tailored proposals, and close deals that drive revenue growth.
Strategic Sales Planning & Execution:
Responsible for developing and implementing strategies to elevate sales performance. You'll use your knowledge of the fire protection industry to identify key markets, build strong sales pipelines, and develop actionable plans to exceed sales targets.
Sales Tracking & Reporting:
Maintain organised and up-to-date sales records, track performance against goals, and provide regular reports to the senior leadership team. Your attention to detail and proactive approach will help ensure that sales targets are consistently met.
Post-Sale Customer Support:
Your role doesn't end after the sale. You will work closely with customers to ensure smooth implementation of services, providing ongoing support to maintain satisfaction and foster long-term relationships.
Collaborative Teamwork:
You'll work closely with Field Service teams and other internal departments to ensure customer expectations are exceeded. Collaboration and communication are key to ensuring the seamless delivery of services.
Cold Calling & On-Site Visits:
Drive your success by engaging in proactive outreach through cold calling and on-site visits to potential clients. Building rapport, identifying customer needs, and presenting tailored solutions will be crucial to your success in this role.
Relationship Development & Account Expansion:
Not only will you be responsible for securing new customers, but you'll also focus on nurturing existing relationships. You'll identify upsell opportunities and expand the scope of services with existing clients to ensure continual growth and satisfaction.
What We're Looking For:Proven Experience in the Fire Industry:
To succeed in this role, you must have a solid background in selling fire protection, testing, and certification services. Experience working with fire safety standards, regulations, and equipment will be highly advantageous.
Strong Sales & Negotiation Skills:
You will need to demonstrate a track record of success in driving sales growth through effective sales strategies, cold calling, client meetings, and closing contracts.
Excellent Communication Skills:
