Reporting to the CEO you'll be provided with the resources you'll need to succeed including a phone, laptop and a vehicle allowance.
Along with a generous commission structure, this will be an autonomous role where you manage your own time.
Working within the sales team your responsibility will be to look after existing clients, drive brand awareness and bring new clients to the business with a national focus.
As the Business Development Manager for their Emergency Services Products division, you will play a key role in driving business growth and expanding market presence.
You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing strategic partnerships, and building strong relationships with clients in the emergency services sector.
You will have a deep understanding of the industry and be able to effectively communicate the value of their products and services to potential customers.

To be considered for this position you will have:
Minimum 4 years of comparable commercial experience including client-facing & B2B with experience in selling to the healthcare and medical industry Proven track record in business development or sales, preferably in the emergency services industry.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and address clients' needs effectively.
Results-oriented mindset with a demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent time management and organisational skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software Flexibility to travel nationally.
Daily duties will include:
Conduct market research to identify potential clients and develop a targeted sales strategy.
Build and maintain a strong pipeline of leads through networking and attending industry events.
Collaborate with internal teams to develop customised solutions that meet the specific needs of clients.
Present product demonstrations and conduct persuasive sales presentations to key decision-makers.
Negotiate and close deals with potential clients, ensuring a win-win outcome for both parties.
Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients, providing exceptional customer service and support.
Stay up to date with industry trends, developments, and competitors to maintain a competitive edge.
