If you're an unyielding go-getter, a master in building long lasting relationships, and an expert in developing robust sales pipelines, we need you to help us sculpt the future of workspace experiences as our Business Development Manager! What Your Day-to-Day Will Look Like: Kickstart your mornings with identifying, developing, and evaluating fresh leads and game-changing opportunities. Immerse yourself in outbound sales activities – from cold calling potential members to giving them an awe-inspiring Clubhouse tour. Rub elbows with industry game changers at networking events, amplifying our brand through local area marketing and community interactions. Cultivate and champion a referral-centric community, curating incentives that spark excitement. Assist in maintaining relationships with brokers communicating Hub's brand and offering to ensure high conversion rates Lead end-to-end sales journeys, from HubSpot admin tasks to sealing the deal with Licence Agreements and handovers. Collaborate closely with the Sales Manager and the National Enterprise Manager, especially for corporate-scale enquiries. It's about the energy you bring from past experiences and the future you envision with us.  You Should Possess: 3+ years of experience in sales, with a notable inclination towards outbound sales and business development. Unmatched customer service skills and a commitment to elevating every member's experience. Impeccable written and verbal communication skills A results-driven mindset, always pushing the envelope. Administrative proficiency with a knack for rapid, effective responses. A drive to create and oversee a robust sales pipeline. The ability to multitask, managing several deals without missing a beat. Mastery in negotiation, paired with the capability to influence senior stakeholders. Deep insights into the commercial real estate sector and a readiness for regular competitor analysis. Familiarity with the flexi-working industry (a big plus!). Expertise in using CRM tools, especially HubSpot. A history of delivering top-tier customer service experiences. An innovative approach to sales, acquisition, and retention strategies. Bonus Points: Experience within the commercial real estate realm.
