Position: Business Development Manager Location: Remote/Work from home Salary: $130k-$180k + Performance-based bonuses Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute strategic plans to expand our client base and increase market share in the commercial and industrial construction sector. Leverage your strong network and connections within the industry to identify and pursue new business opportunities. Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including architects, engineers, contractors, and developers. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project handovers and successful client onboarding. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify potential risks and opportunities. Prepare and deliver compelling presentations, proposals, and contract negotiations. Qualifications and Experience: Proven track record in sales or business development, preferably in the commercial and industrial construction industry. Strong network and connections within the industry, with the ability to leverage these relationships for business development purposes. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels. Strategic mindset with the ability to analyse market data, identify trends, and capitalize on business opportunities. Results-driven, self-motivated, and able to work autonomously to achieve targets and KPIs. Exceptional negotiation and presentation skills..
