Reporting to the Regional Sales Manager, this hybrid role offers autonomy, collaboration, and the opportunity to grow relationships and sales in the ACT, Riverina, and Monaro regions.
Your responsibilities will include: Building strong relationships with builders, contractors, electrical wholesalers and consultants to drive sales of Legrand's innovative productsOvernight travel to regional areas once every 8 weeksIdentifying and pursuing growth opportunities within your territoryEducating stakeholders through engaging presentations of our product solutionsCollaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless project execution and maximum sales potentialOrganising and leading regular meetings and training sessions with key partnersRepresenting Legrand at industry events to showcase our solutionsWhat we're looking for: Ability to work autonomously based in ACTStrong Sales or account management experience (electrical industry preferred)Exceptional communication and relationship-building skillsAbility to plan strategically for growth and incremental opportunities and be accountable for that planUnderstanding and experience in navigating multiple channels to market while identifying key decision makers for Legrand and partner outcomesExperience in data driven decisions specifically around price discipline and outcomesA self-motivated, organized, and achievement-oriented professional with a growth mindsetCRM and Microsoft Office proficiency (Salesforce experience a plus)A current driver's licence and the ability to work independentlyWhat's on Offer: Joining our team means access to amazing benefits and a supportive work environment.
