This is a unique opportunity to be a key player within the hotel's transformation, establishing it as a premier destination in the region.Primary ResponsibilitiesCollaborate closely with the General Manager, playing a key role throughout the hotel's transformation and rebrandingCreate and implement strategies to sell hotel rooms and enhance corporate offeringsConduct market research to identify potential clients and understand local market trendsSet and achieve sales targets for room bookings and event space reservationsPlan and execute promotional activities, campaigns, and events to attract local clienteleAttend local events, trade shows, and business functions to promote the hotel and network with potential clientsPrepare and present regular sales reports to hotel management, detailing performance against targets and market trendsNegotiate contracts and rates to ensure competitive pricing and mutual benefitsSkills and ExperiencePrevious experience in the hospitality industry within sales or business development rolesDemonstrated ability to think innovatively and creatively, with a proven track record of developing and implementing strategies that drive business growth and differentiate the organisationExcellent interpersonal and communication skills to build and maintain relationships with local businesses, community leaders, and clientsProficient in analysing sales data, generating reports, and gaining feedback to improve strategies and servicesStrong teamwork and collaboration skills to work effectively with all hotel departmentsExperience negotiating contracts and agreements with clients and partnersAt Accor, we welcome you as you are.
