Business Development Manager

Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement a growth strategy for all services, aligned with organizational objectives.Identify and build relationships with potential partners, stakeholders, and community networks.Generate and convert new leads, driving business expansion.Conduct market research to identify industry trends and opportunities for service development.Create, monitor, and report on sales performance, goals, and targets.Develop proposals and present solutions to clients and stakeholders to secure business.Represent the organization at events, conferences, and forums to promote services and brand awareness.Qualifications and Experience: Formal qualification in the social and community field or relevant industry experience.Proven experience in a Business Development role, preferably within the NDIS, healthcare, or community services sector.In-depth understanding of the NDIS, Aged Care framework, funding models, and relevant compliance requirements.Strong network within the disability services, aged care sector is highly desirable.Identify key areas for growth within the business and look for new opportunitiesExcellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities.Experience in tender writing and proposal development.What We Offer: A supportive and collaborative team environment.Opportunities for professional growth and development.Competitive salary package.Please note, only shortlisted candidates will be contacted.
