What you'll work on day-to-day Supporting CACT's growth aspirations through developing and nurturing of strategic partnerships and the creation of new business models and funding sources Developing & executing commercial and philanthropic strategies and provision of all deliverables, both domestically and internationally Maximising profitability, managing contractual relationships between all stakeholders, and ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements Strong focus on developing and maintaining positive relationships with stakeholders through regular and responsive communication and delivering upon results. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Commercial Identify and develop partnership opportunities and strategies with a range of stakeholder groups, including private enterprise and government, with a view to establishing new funding sources, commercialising opportunities and diversifying revenue streams Establishing KPIs and objectives with each partner and ensure KPIs and objectives are met as per established timelines and criteria for success? Support the delivery of events for partners and other key stakeholders Implement & manage a range of administrative duties related to delivery of benefits including branding, match day entitlements and activations, digital campaigns and ticketing or hospitality requirements for key stakeholders Develop and manage all aspects of Venue Hire Agreements Cricket ACT Foundation Oversee CACT's Foundation and philanthropy portfolio to meet annual revenue targets through corporate and community engagement to ultimately support a range of impactful programs Collaborate with the team to implement a data-driven fundraising, marketing, and communication strategy and guide fundraising efforts across various channels Work closely with Australian Sports Foundation, particularly in terms of tracking progress and exploring new philanthropic opportunities Actively look at ways of connecting with, and supporting, our Foundation partners through the development of an annual engagement plan Maintain strong relationships with donors and stakeholders while ensuring compliance with ethical fundraising standards Knowledge, Skills and Experience Essential A proven track record in developing high level strategic partnerships with a focus on revenue generation and business growth Has a strong commercial orientation with highly developed negotiation skills and a drive for industry improvement Strong stakeholder engagement, facilitation and communication skills, particularly in partnerships and major donor and/or philanthropy appeals A proactive approach with a customer-centric philosophy Experience working in an environment with multiple stakeholders and commercial funding agreements An ability to identify new business opportunities, new funding sources and prosecute a sound business case Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment, embracing the challenge of navigating grey spaces and contributing to building something significant Ability to use data and insights to make informed decisions Acknowledgement - The list of key responsibilities is not intended to be all inclusive and may include additional responsibilities as required and/or assigned.
