Business Development Manager

We are seeking a BDM to help continue drive this growth and maintain our status in the industry.  Duties & Responsibilities Proactively prospect and market for new property management clients and for new business opportunities  Attend listing appointments Conduct open for inspections Process applications and check references Prepare leases and lodge bonds Report to the Department Head once a week (no micromanagement) Monday to Friday work, Saturday if required Skills & Experience Driver's license and own motor vehicle Class 2 Licence or at least Certificate of Registration in NSW or ACT  Well presented Delivers high customer service Sales experience would be highly regarded A genuine passion for the real estate industry Clear verbal and written communication skills Detail orientated Property Tree Software experience (not essential) Inspect RealEstate Software experience (not essential) Culture White Rhino Property is a family run business, with a focus on meeting client's expectations and looking after their staff.
