About the Role This is a fantastic opportunity to join the fast-paced and emerging Demand Activation team and make your mark within a fast-growing ASX listed organisation. You will work closely with Bapcor's brand and marketing teams to demonstrate features, benefits & value of Bapcor's range.
The BDM role has two fundamental responsibilities – using their sales skills for direct sales and driving account growth for the customers in their assigned territory, both in a profitable way. This activity is undertaken personally, through directly actioning the end-to-end sales process and indirectly in collaboration with other BW team members.
Key responsibilities include: Generate demand and grow sales of Bapcor's private label brands in line with Bapcor's overall objectives.Deliver target strategy within assigned territory and support activation with internal and external businesses.Grow brand revenue and lead generation through a mix of field visits, education and brand awareness.Identify new business opportunities for brand and business units to develop and grow.Collect and report data related to opportunities that will grow our customer database.Compile and report any relevant competitor activities and report appropriately.Regularly attend and work at relevant trade events and regional travel.About You You will have experience in a similar sales role where you have demonstrated product value, increased revenue and built strong and productive relationships.You will require experience and a sales background in the automotive parts industry.Driven, energetic and resilient, with a high level of self-motivation to achieve growth across your region and working to given weekly and monthly targets.A strong communicator with the ability to build rapport, negotiate, educate and build brand awareness to both internal and external stakeholders.You will be required to travel regionally for overnight stays on a regular basis.Opportunity to join an Australian owned, ASX listed company and work with an iconic brand.Opportunity to make a genuine impact in a growing organisation.Potential for career growth and personal development.Exclusive discounts and benefits across our Burson Auto Parts trade stores as well as our retail stores including Autobarn, Opposite Lock, Midas Australia, and ABS Service Centres.Paid Parental Leave & Employee Assistance Program.Bapcor is an equal opportunity employer.#J-18808-Ljbffr
