This is the perfect time to join our Soils business unit as we continue to grow, offering a dynamic and fast-paced environment for both the business and our people!Due to the ongoing success of our Soil Reuse and Recycling Business, we are expanding our presence in the Queensland market.
We're looking for motivated, driven individuals to help us grow further.
In this role, you will collaborate with both local and interstate sales teams to develop a customer base in the construction and waste sectors, providing innovative material reuse and recycling solutions for various projects across Queensland.Responsibilities will include but not limited to:Develop and manage key customer accounts in the construction, soil, and waste sectors by offering efficient, reliable, and sustainable solutions.Build and maintain a strong pipeline of opportunities by leading customer meetings in both formal office and workplace settings.Establish and nurture positive working relationships with Project Managers and Estimators to identify new business opportunities.Ensure all lead and customer solutions are captured in our live materials management system.Effectively manage relationships with suppliers to ensure cost-effective solutions and successful project outcomes.Meet and exceed weekly and monthly sales targets as outlined in the budget.Demonstrate ResourceCo's values (Sustainable, Committed, Creative, and Agile) in all day-to-day activities.About you:We are seeking experienced and talented sales professionals with strong business development expertise in the quarry, soil, waste, and construction industries.
