This Brisbane-based company has a national reach and is growing rapidly into new markets.With a forward-thinking and progressive approach, our client is currently seeking an Account Manager/Business Development Manager who can maintain existing clients and actively bring on new business.The Role:With the key requirement to ensure that all of their loyal clients are provided with the highest level of customer service, this role calls for flexibility, superior attention to detail, and excellent relationship management skills.In this role, you will be responsible for: Servicing clients & nurturing relationships Attending sales meetings as requested Achieving & surpassing the minimum monthly sales targets Attending conferences, awards nights, networking functions, etc. Monitoring & reporting on sales activities Creating & conducting effective proposal presentations Ongoing client management Diary management and organizing appointments Administration Interstate travel The Candidate: The ideal candidate will have a good understanding of Real Estate, Development, and Construction A valid driver's license People skills and ability to build relationships A corporate presentation Able to think outside the box The Benefits: Monday – Friday position No two days are the same – you will be given the opportunity to be on the road servicing your clients!
