We're on the lookout for an ambitious and seasoned Business Development Manager to spearhead our property management department's growth. Elevate your career with our fantastic team.
As our Business Development Manager, you'll be at the forefront of driving business expansion, nurturing client connections, and pinpointing strategic avenues for growth within our office. You'll leverage your expertise in the real estate industry and have a strong network within Brisbane. You will work with a small property management and sales team, offering amazing support and opportunities for further career growth and earning potential. We have our modern office building just 8kms from the CBD and provide an amazing space to work.
Key Responsibilities: Proactively seek new business prospects to grow our already large Property Management portfolio. Harness the power of our existing property management and real estate database to cultivate fresh opportunities. Foster enduring relationships with both new and existing clients, ensuring sustained success. Tap into your network and resources to identify potential landlords and convert them into valuable business. Establish and strengthen partnerships with referral partners, including buyers' agents and solicitors. Streamline client transitions to the property management team. Effectively manage referral leads generated by our top-performing sales team. Collaborate closely with leadership to align business development strategies with company-wide objectives. Requirements: Current Real Estate Agent Licence or Registration, Open Driver's License. Proven track record as a Business Development Manager within the real estate sector. A relentless drive and determination to excel in a competitive market. Exceptional interpersonal skills, with a knack for building rapport. Superb verbal and written communication with professional presentation.
