This role is key to strengthening Montier Health's presence and influence in the medical community, as the BDM will work closely with medical centres and healthcare professionals to foster relationships and promote our specialised services.Key Responsibilities:Actively recruit and onboard doctors to join Montier Health's network of General Practitioners and Specialists.Develop and maintain strong relationships with local medical centres and healthcare providers to create referral pathways for Montier Health's brands.Conduct medical liaison activities by visiting medical centres to present Montier Health's services and establish ongoing referral relationships.Identify and pursue new business opportunities and partnerships to drive patient demand and increase service utilisation.Work closely with internal teams to ensure alignment of recruitment and patient referral goals with overall business strategies.About You:The ideal candidate is an experienced Business Development professional, with a background in healthcare sales, particularly in roles such as pharmaceutical or medical device sales.
You have a proven track record of building successful referral networks, onboarding healthcare professionals, and generating demand within a healthcare setting.
