We're looking for someone who is well-versed in the industrial space and can focus on new lead generation and overall business development. We're seeking a candidate who isn't afraid to take the reins and drive results. While maintaining current customer market channels are crucial, we value someone who can think outside the box and tap into new avenues for growth.
What You'll Do: Identify and capitalise on new business opportunities within existing and new customer segments. Build and nurture strong client relationships by understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions. Generate sales leads through networking, industry events, and market insights. Develop and execute effective sales strategies, including engagement with preferred suppliers and our marketing team. Manage CRM data and sales pipeline to ensure accuracy and effectiveness. Provide regular reporting and analysis to inform decision-making and performance monitoring. To Excel in This Role, You'll Need: Proven experience in business development or sales management. Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills. Excellent communication and presentation abilities. Ability to analyse data and make informed decisions.
