Aged & Disability Support (Community Services & Development) Full time Salary: $95,000 – $120,000 per year (based on experience)
We are seeking a true business development leader in the field of Specialist Disability Accommodation (SDA) Market Engagement - someone who has a genuine passion for setting the benchmark in what SDA could and should be, and wants to be part of a team that collaborates with participants, their family, carers, SIL providers, support coordinators and their broader therapy team, to provide a wonderful home tailored to the specific needs of the participant.

We collaborate heavily and are participant-led in project design and outcomes.
Our design criteria exceed the standards of the NDIS, with additional design features included to improve sensory, functional, health, financial, recreational and communal outcomes for participants.
Purpose of Position: To work with an experienced team to design, develop and manage the Apollo SDA business development and market engagement experience, to ensure our SDA projects are leased and occupied to SDA participants.
Key Responsibilities: Be an SDA leader in the regions that you work within.Understand the SDA supply and demand dynamics and assess broader market and individual demand for specific SDA product to inform SDA land acquisition and development.Build relationships and rapport with key referrers and solidify referral networks within each SA4 to raise awareness of the Apollo SDA brand and our projects.Expand referral pathways to build an effective referral-based business.Network and engage with the broader industry to establish strong referral pathways and brand reputation.Develop senior level relationships with key service provider organisations (such as support coordinators, Government, Hospital and Health and other referral pathway stakeholders), and take responsibility for managing and nurturing those relationships to pass qualified leads into the Tenant Journey Management team.Collaborate and network within the broader disability sector including with NDIS participants, advocates, family supporters, NDIA, Support Providers, Support Coordinators, Allied Health Professionals (e.g., OT's, Social Workers, and Positive Behaviour Support Practitioners).Develop opportunities for business growth and tenant-solution partnerships.Ensure relationships with key support providers are nurtured and supported, so that the Company is a preferred support provider partner in delivery of SDA.New business and network development.Seek opportunities to promote Apollo SDA's model to the sector at events, expos, conferences, online forums, etc.Manage and retain relationships with existing SIL clients and increase our SIL client base.Work with the marketing team to ensure delivery of marketing assets that a) are aligned with our brand promise, b) drive leasing and occupancy results, and c) help position Apollo SDA as the voice of authority in the sector generating a strong pipeline of 'enquiries' that you will work with and help transition into qualified leads for each Apollo SDA home.Enhance our participant-led approach by understanding a person's unique housing and support needs and working to make their bespoke Home and Living dreams a reality.Your success in this role will be measured by the scale and quality of networks you create in each SA4 region that you are working in and the number and quality of enquiries and leads that you generate for vacancies within our portfolio of SDA homes.
Qualifications and Experience: 2 years experience or more working in an NDIS, SIL or SDA environment.Experience in a BDM style role establishing and successfully managing client and partner relationships with sales targets and reporting on key sales metrics.Working knowledge of the NDIS, SDA eligibility legislation, the participant application process and the SIL and carers journey during that application process.Well-established relationships and contacts with a network of disability provider organisations at a strategic level.Qualifications in marketing, sales or partnership brokerage preferred.NDIS Workers Screening Check Clearance.#J-18808-Ljbffr
