Job Description Identify and develop new business opportunities to increase market share. Develop and implement strategic business plans for key accounts. Establish and maintain strong customer relationships. Work closely with the sales team to achieve sales targets. Monitor market trends and competitor activities. Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth delivery of services. Prepare and present sales reports to senior management. The Successful Applicant A successful Business Development Manager should have:
Proven experience in a business development or sales role. Strong understanding of the transport & distribution industry. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients. Strong analytical skills to assess market trends. What's on Offer An attractive salary package between AUD 100,000 - AUD 120,000.
