Key responsibilities: Develop and maintain relationships with residential brokers and aggregatorsProvide support, information and training around residential lending productsCreate and implement strategic business development plansIdentify and capitalise on trends in mortgage lending marketsCollaborate with internal teams, including underwriting, marketing and operationsProven experience in business development within the residential lending sector, preferably with a non-bank lender or financial institutionStrong network of residential brokers and aggregator groupsExcellent interpersonal and relationship building skills, with the ability to establish rapport with mortgage brokers and aggregatorsCommercial mindset with the capability to interpret market data, identify trends, and make relevant decisionsDemonstrated track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets, with a focus on achieving KPIsThis is an exciting opportunity for a Business Development Manager to join a growing organisation, where you will receive a competitive salary package and commissions structure.
