Our client seeks an experienced Business Development Manager to drive growth by identifying new business opportunities and nurturing relationships with key stakeholders.
This pivotal role demands a deep understanding of logistics operations, market dynamics, and exceptional negotiation skills.
The ideal candidate will proactively generate leads, close deals, and achieve revenue targets, contributing to our client's Logistics' dynamic and successful team of professionals.RESPONSIBILITIES Base full-time in Brisbane working on the road, from home and in the office (2-3 days per week)Develop and implement business development strategies to achieve the company's sales goals and objectives.Identify and pursue new business opportunities by prospecting, qualifying, and closing deals.Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients and stakeholders.Collaborate with other sections of the business, including senior management team, operations, and finance, to ensure a seamless customer experience.Analyse market trends and competitor activities to identify business opportunities.Prepare and present proposals to clients that align with their business needs and objectives.Participate in gatherings to promote the company and build relationships with potential clients.Prepare and present business development reports to senior management monthly.BENEFITSBase salary of $90,000 - $120,000 (subject to experience)Car allowance paid monthlySuperannuation 11.5%Uncapped commission scheme (avg.
